The máximum varietal expresión and a unique terroir to discover.
TINADAS estate is located on the road from Tomelloso to Campo de Calatrava at 720 m above sea level. The CENCIBEL (tempranillo) vineyard was planted in 1956, so this vintage celebrates 60th anniversary of the plantation of a vineyard which was posible thanks to the hard work and expertise of those who turned vines into their livelihood. It can be assured this estate has been ecological since the very begining due to the type of soil and climate conditions.
The manual grafting is a guarantee that growers selected healthy and quality vine cuttings worth being cloned, so this is a real unique and singular vineyard The soil is limes with lots of pebbles on the Surface which favors the ripening process of the grapes.
A good flowering takes place in Spring and the Summer is hot and dry as usual in the region. The grapes arrived at the winery in the early days of September in 15 kg boxes, went though the selection table, firstly the bunches and then the grape grains, to end up fermenting in a stainless Steel tank.
After fermentation, the wine is aged for 10 months in 4,500 liter clay jars that were used by our ancestors. From the clay jars, the wine is taken to bottling and rests for mínimum 36 months in the bottle until it is released on the market. This wine had a natural clarification according to the minimal intervention approach. Over time, precipitation might occur and be evidente at the bottom of the bottle, which has no effect on the quality of the wine.

On the PALATE, it surprises with its silky structure, acidity and fruit. A long lasting wine with smooth tannins and an acidity that recalls the grape skins, mature red fruits, an invitation for a immediate second sip.
