A visit to Verum will certainly impress everybody. It is one of the few wineries in the world where you can visit a distillery and a winery at the same time.
The room with the stills, passionately taken care of for generations, allows us to show the mysteries involved in distillation. The greatest treasure of the winery is its ageing cellar. It has no artificial support and houses 8,000 square meters of galleries excavated in the calcareous rock of the subsoil of Tomelloso –the renowned “Tosca”. It adds special character to the wines resting in it.
Verum welcomes group visits, which include a tour around its modern facilities, a visit to the ageing cellar and wine tasting. The duration of a visit is approximately two hours, depending on the number of people making up the group.

At Bodegas Verum we offer you the possibility of enjoying the best wine tourism in Castilla la Mancha. Get to know our four vineyards with their distinguished grape varieties located in the town of Tomelloso, Ciudad Real: El Romeral, Las Tinada, Los Arcángeles and Casa Ramiro.
On this wine route you can visit the alembic room for approximately two hours, cared for with care for generations, allowing us to show the mysteries of distillation.
